Shine On.

70% of men think that women need to downplay their personality to be accepted. Pantene asks everyone to whip away the double standards that hold women back. Because when you stand strong, you shine.

This video may be more powerful to a female viewer than to a man the same way that race issues generally are more strongly felt by the oppressed race and not the oppressor.  Kudos to you for taking the time to look past the first impression that "feminism" is a bad thing, and look at what the video says.  If you haven't seen this in your life yet, you are either blessed or blind.  Open your eyes, shine on, and change the world!

It is not an opinion but a statistically proven fact that women are still considered the weaker sex in the business world despite having equal or more education, experience, and skill at their jobs.  It is not only in business that the role of women is downplayed or completely negated with respect to her male counterpart.  

*note, I am not man-bashing...I am stating the facts.  I have witnessed them myself in the workplace and frankly they disgust me.  SO here's to all the women out there, and the men who support them and love them as their equals and not as their rivals (but beware, we're going to keep shining, so I hope you're ready for the challenge)!
