The Egg

"You have within you all the knowledge and experiences of all your past lives. You just don’t remember them right now."

"Your soul is more magnificent, beautiful, and gigantic than you can possibly imagine. A human mind can only contain a tiny fraction of what you are."

"Every time you victimized someone, you were victimizing yourself. Every act of kindness you’ve done, you’ve done to yourself. Every happy and sad moment ever experienced by any human was, or will be, experienced by you."

POWERFUL. STUFF.

These are just a few lines from a story called "The Egg" by Andy Weir.  It is with my highest encouragement that people of all religions give it a once over.  We are all looking for the answers and I love the way that they came together in "The Egg."  We are all connected.  The Rastas are right to say I and I (which means "you and I" but recognizes others as one with oneself).  What a beautiful way to see the world and the people we share it with.  If you want your mind blown, you can link to the entire short story and find translations into many languages by clicking here.
