No matter if you are male or female, you are part of this. You call your girls derogatory names for fun, you laugh at rape jokes, you talk with your boys about how much hotter that girl is when she doesn't talk, or how hideous that girl is, and it's good she has some athletic skill.
YOU. NEED. THIS.
It's not about the NFL...it's about humans.
It's about treating each other with respect.
And it starts with the "small things" so that big things like this don't happen.
